I am saddened to announce that Patrick Swayze passed away, RIP Patrick the last of the roadhouse actors. Although he played several other parts most of us roughhousers remember him for that part where he ripped a mans throat out and not as that flirty part he played in "Dirty Dancing"

Too bad, he was starting to play more interesting roles. Fine actor.

I don't know about this roadhouse....

I remember him for being the Leader of the Wolverines!!!

(oh, and surfing/sky diving)

for me it will either be Red Dawn (which they are remaking now) or Next Of Kin. I did love roadhouse too though and Point Break, Ghost and Dirty Dancing.

Yes..he was a very talented actor and I enjoyed all his movies.... I think the funniest show I seen him in, was when he did a skit on SNL w/ Chris Farley...they were competing against each other to be a Chippendale dancer...absolutely hilarious!! Also he did a TV series called The Beast that was excellent...He shot that series while undergoing treatment at the hospital and only missed 1 day! Amazing he could pull that off.... He will truely be missed.
