Preparation is the watchword in politics, and Stephen Harper is, well, prepared!

When the Libs get their crap together and can actually form a responsible government, two things will have happened:
1. I will have bought my 9 month-old daughter her first year university tuition, and
2. Stephen Harper will have launched his next career under the name Straight-faced Steve - A Take from the Top!
